About Me

My name is Norma-Rae and since 2018  I have been a marriage Commissioner in the city of Regina in the province of Saskatchewan. I am doing exactly what I want to be doing.

 To witness couples entering into marriage; knowing I play a small role in their ceremony brings me much joy and satisfaction.

I am a retired relationship counsellor and active writer. my creative side finds me preparing meals and entertaining family and friends-my quiet side finds me with our dog, Emma
